BIOGRAPHY

Grownden’s universe is only expanding from here. Based in Michigan, the producer/DJ/so-called “shapeshifter” is getting experimental with his Color Trance style, fusing together Color Bass and 2010s Progressive Trance. He also borrows elements from other genres as well occasionally, such as other types of EDM, dubstep, jazz, vaporwave, and any other genre he can get inspiration from. It’s with this unique and chaotic style that he’s gained releases on labels such as Radium, New Game, SHUTTLE RECS (via their AUX compilation) and ClubHaus to name a few.

His music has been gaining support from the Color Bass, Trance and EDM communities, as well as support from artists such as TAOMIN, Noveci, Michael Wojcik and Farius (on Enhanced Sessions), with Hausman even calling him “one to keep an eye on” during an episode of ClubHaus Radio. As well as that, he has won a Neoluminum remix contest twice in 2024 and even recieved an honorable mention from Rushdown artist Kaval during the Dream Odyssey remix contest in 2023. Grownden has also done guestmixes on radioshows like Aphelion Radio, ClubHaus Radio and Novels of the Past, as well as performing at Basscraft in December 2024.

It’s with these milestones that Grownden becomes one to watch out for as his style evolves and his journey continues to unfold. Watch this space.
